Please read these terms before using the store.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Good After Dark (“Good After Dark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing the website, customer accounts, content, purchases, and related services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ADULT ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old.
You represent that you are at least 18, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and may lawfully purchase and possess the products in your location. The service is offered for United States use. You may not purchase for a minor or use the service where access or a product is prohibited by applicable law.
Products are intended for consenting adults. You are responsible for lawful, consensual, and label-compliant use and for keeping products away from minors.
ACCOUNTS
Keep access private and information accurate.

- Protect your password and do not share account access
- Notify us promptly through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law
- Do not create accounts through automated means or impersonate another person
We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, a security risk, a violation of these Terms, or a legal obligation. We will provide notice when appropriate and legally permitted.
COMMUNITY ROOM
Conversation remains consent-first.
The community room is available only to signed-in adults. Messages are displayed to other signed-in members under a generated alias and may be reviewed by Good After Dark moderators. The room is not a private-message service, emergency service, dating or meetup service, or a substitute for medical, legal, or crisis support. Do not assume that another member will keep a message confidential.
- Do not post content involving minors or age-ambiguous sexual roleplay
- Do not pressure, solicit, threaten, harass, discriminate against, stalk, impersonate, or expose another person
- Do not post contact details, links, invitations to meet, explicit images, illegal material, malicious code, or another person’s confidential information
- Respect consent, boundaries, safewords, identities, and a member’s decision to disengage
- Do not copy, publish, or distribute room content outside the service without every affected person’s permission
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant Good After Dark a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the community service. You may remove your message from the visible room, subject to reasonable retention for reports, security, backups, disputes, and legal obligations.
We may hide or remove content, preserve evidence, limit access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce the room code, protect people or the service, investigate reports, or comply with law. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome. We do not undertake to monitor every message in real time.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & USE
Product pages inform a choice; they are not medical advice.
We work to present accurate descriptions, images, options, prices, ingredients, materials, and care information based on available manufacturer or supplier information. Packaging, color, or minor details may change. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. If a material, ingredient, compatibility, dimension, or use limitation matters to you, confirm the current product label before use and contact us before ordering when information is unclear.
Content is general educational and commercial information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Follow the manufacturer’s label, warnings, cleaning directions, compatibility guidance, and temperature or patch-test instructions. Stop using a product if it is damaged or causes pain, burning, numbness, persistent irritation, or another adverse response. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, pregnancy, allergies, medication interactions, recurring symptoms, or uncertainty about safe use.
ORDERS, PRICES & PAYMENT
An order is accepted only after we confirm it.
Availability and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, address restrictions, payment issues, quantity limits, or legal requirements. If we cancel after payment, we will initiate a refund.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final total are displayed at checkout. We may change prices prospectively but will not change the accepted price of an order except to correct an obvious error with notice and an opportunity to cancel.
Hosted payment
Payment is collected on a secure page hosted by our payment provider. You authorize the provider and its partners to process the amount shown and to conduct fraud and authorization checks under their terms.
Promotions
Coupons and promotions may have separate dates, eligibility, product, customer, and quantity limits. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Delivery and hygiene rules are disclosed before they matter.
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, demand, or events beyond reasonable control. Verify the delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly about a missing, damaged, tampered, or incorrect parcel.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Because many products are intimate-care or personal-care goods, opened, used, unsealed, or hygiene-sensitive products are generally not returnable for a change of mind. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items follow the separate process described in that Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse the website or another person’s rights.
You may not use the service to violate law; exploit or harm a minor; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; transmit malicious code; scrape or overload the service; bypass security or access controls; test vulnerabilities without written authorization; interfere with another user; make fraudulent purchases or returns; or resell products in violation of stated restrictions.
We may use proportionate technical and legal measures to prevent abuse and protect customers, the service, and third parties.
CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The store may be browsed, not copied into another business.
The site design, original writing, branding, graphics, code, arrangement, and other Good After Dark materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. Product names, marks, images, and manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the service for lawful personal shopping and information use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where law permits.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some parts of an order are provided by specialists.
The site may link or redirect to payment, carrier, manufacturer, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control, but this does not remove responsibilities we have under applicable law for our own store or vendors acting on our behalf.
DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
Legal limits apply only where the law allows them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every product will remain available, or that general content will meet a particular personal or medical need. Product warranties, if any, are provided as stated by the manufacturer or applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good After Dark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in your state. Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

The current version stays available here.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The revised date will appear at the top, and material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted order unless law permits and we obtain any required consent.
