Raspberry dust on a Sunday afternoon
A playful note from a day with nowhere else to be.
A Good After Dark storyPlayful note
The afternoon had the loose shape of a weekend with no errands left. A record played from beginning to end. Someone opened the windows. Someone else found a linen shirt in the back of a drawer and wore it half-buttoned simply because it felt good.
The feather had arrived tucked into a jar and looked almost too theatrical for daylight. That became the joke. They took turns drawing invisible lines along an arm, a shoulder, the back of a knee, guessing the path with eyes closed.
Play does not need a performance
A light dusting of Raspberry Kiss Honey Dust added a soft scent and a little ritual to the feather. It wicks away moisture and is designed for the body, but what they liked most was how it slowed the game down. The applicator made each movement deliberate without making the moment serious.
They kept the jar on a shelf rather than hiding it at the back of a drawer. Not everything intimate has to announce itself, but neither does it need to feel secret from the people who chose it.
By late afternoon, the room was gold with sun and the record had started again. Nothing dramatic had happened. They had only found a new way to be amused by each other, which was more than enough.
A thoughtful note
Choose products together, follow the label, and stop if something feels uncomfortable or causes irritation. Communication is part of the ritual.
